The building was renovated with an expanded entry and lobby with 30’ ceilings, digital media walls, a plaza with green space, ground-level façade and entrance canopies. Tenant amenities include an on-site café, parking garage for commuters, and the Manhattan Athletic Club, which features a workout space, specialized sports training facilities, and access to personal trainers and physical therapists.

Renfro Design Group designed both interior and exterior lighting of the office building to convey the warmth and comfort of a luxury hospitality space, while maintaining the functionality of a multi-business hub. The lobby’s graphic ceiling showcases linear texture, dramatized by grazing light from perimeter coves which can’t be missed from the building’s front doors below. Illuminated elevator corridors guide tenants to their destinations and into their workday. RDG utilized the clean lines in the building’s modern architecture to highlight an impressive and sophisticated office building for some of the world’s most successful companies including JPMorgan Chase, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp, and Visa.
