The Boucher Room contains the Arts and Sciences series painted by Francois Boucher. A perimeter ceiling fixture incorporates a new lighting system to replace one that was decades old. This custom system was designed to fit within the period room's existing cove ceiling structure, allowing for unobstructed views of the room as it would have been in the 1930s. The new system allowed for floor to ceiling illumination of the wooden art panels as well as a separately controlled circuit for focusing light on the many decorative objects on display within the space.
